Ordering
& Payment.
Placing
an order is easy! HelloKnitty accepts payments via credit card using
PayPal or by check.
Washington State residents pay 8.8% sales tax on all items.
To
place an order online:
Just
use our shopping cart and pay with a major credit card through Paypal.
Paypal is a widely used, secure payment system. You can now pay through
Paypal using your credit card without needing to create or have a
Paypal account. If you would like to create a Paypal account the option
is given to you at the end of checkout. To learn more about Paypal,
please visit Paypal.com.
PayPal accepts the following credit cards.

If
you are not comfortable ordering online:
You can send us a check for your order if you like. Email us with
your yarn and pattern selections. Make sure to include the yarn
name and color number and don't forget your shipping address. We
will respond with your total and will ship your order when we receive
payment. Email your order to orders@helloknitty.com.
Dyelots.
We
will always send you the same color within the same dyelot when
you order more than one skein of a specific yarn.
Back
Orders.
At times, the yarn you have ordered may not be in stock. If you
place an order and one or more skeins of your yarn is on back order,
we will ship the remaining skeins that we have in stock and let
you decide to either receive the back ordered yarn when the shipment
arrives from our supplier or to receive a refund for the amount
of the back ordered yarn. Since we receive shipments continuously
through out the month, back ordered yarns are generally available
within 2-4 weeks.
Pricing and Sales Tax.
Our prices are
in US currency and are subject to change without prior notification.
Washington State residents pay 8.8% sales tax on all items. Orders
shipped out of state are not subject to any sales tax at this time.
