Returns:
We guarantee all of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase!

To return yarn:
You may return yarn purchased from HelloKnitty within two weeks of your purchase date. Yarn must be unopened and unused in order to be returned. There is a $2.00 restocking fee for all returned yarn. The restock fee is deducted from your payment. Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card. Include a copy of original packing slip invoice.
