Shipping Information:

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders! We are a very small company and for this reason, sometimes orders take an extra day for processing. For most in-stock items, we ship within 48 hours of ordering. If the yarn is not in stock it may take us an extra day to get it and send it off to you. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping and handling charges are $2.50 anywhere in the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military Addresses). Orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail or UPS. Expect your package to reach you between 3-10 business days. We will inform you of any items that are backordered in an email to you including an estimate on date when these items will be shipped. And of course, all same colored yarn is shipped with matching dyelots. Please contact us at orders@helloknitty.com if you have not received your order in a timely fashion.

If you are ordering from outside the US, please email us with your order and we will get back to you with shipping cost and a final total, as well as a PayPal payment option for your total.

Patterns.
Patterns are emailed in PDF format within 24 hrs of order receipt. PDF stands for Portable Document Format. A PDF file enables easy, efficient exchanges of files over the Internet. Your will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to be able to read and save these files.
